Terms of Use

These terms are the end user licence agreement ("EULA") between you and Elite Performance Exclusive LLC for the AfterRep app. By downloading or using AfterRep, you agree to them.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use AfterRep on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions

AfterRep is free to download. Continued use requires an active AfterRep Pro subscription, offered as follows:

Your actual price and currency are set by the App Store for your region and are shown in the app before you confirm any purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.

Free trial

New subscribers are offered a 7-day free trial, subject to eligibility determined by Apple. Eligibility applies once per Apple Account per subscription group. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial at the price shown.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Cancelling

Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Where consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you additional rights, those rights are unaffected by this section.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. Apple will notify you and, where required, ask you to consent before a price increase takes effect for your subscription. If you do not agree, you may cancel.

3. Your data

AfterRep stores your data on your device. We do not receive, host or back it up. You are responsible for your own backups — if you delete the app or lose your device without a backup, we cannot recover your entries. See the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AfterRep to break the law, and not to interfere with or attempt to circumvent the app's security, licensing or subscription checks.

5. Third-party data sources

AfterRep reads workouts that other apps have written to Apple Health. It does not connect to any third-party service directly — it has no integration with, and no account relationship to, the apps whose data appears in it. We do not control the accuracy, availability or timeliness of that data. If a source app stops writing to Apple Health, its workouts will stop appearing in AfterRep. Apple Health is provided by Apple under its own terms.

Trademarks

Apple, Apple Watch, Apple Health and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Strava, Garmin, Nike Run Club, adidas Running, Peloton and Zwift are trademarks of their respective owners. These names are used in AfterRep and on this site solely to identify which apps' Apple Health data AfterRep is able to read. AfterRep and Elite Performance Exclusive LLC are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these companies, and no such relationship is implied.

6. Intellectual property

AfterRep, its name, its mascot and its design are owned by Elite Performance Exclusive LLC. This licence gives you no ownership rights. Your own content — your journal entries and logs — remains yours; since it never reaches us, we claim no licence over it.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue AfterRep or any of its features. If we discontinue the app entirely, we will stop charging for new subscription periods; refunds for any unused portion are handled by Apple as described in section 2.

8. Health disclaimer

AfterRep displays and interprets training data, including estimates derived from published sports-science formulas. These estimates are approximations for general fitness use.

• AfterRep is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
• Nothing in the app, including any coaching text, is medical advice.
• Consult a qualified professional before beginning or significantly changing an exercise programme, and seek medical attention if you feel unwell.
• You are solely responsible for decisions you make about your own training.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfterRep is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Performance Exclusive LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of AfterRep. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to AfterRep will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Apple

Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for AfterRep or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for AfterRep. In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Termination

This licence continues until terminated. It ends automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any subscription.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
