Your health data never leaves your iPhone. AfterRep has no servers, no account and no analytics. Every number you see is computed on your device.
What it does
Unified dashboard
Duplicate workouts recorded by two apps are merged automatically, so a session counts once.
Calendar and journal
Log how each day actually felt — effort, legs, mood — and see the patterns behind the numbers.
Body and soreness map
Tap any muscle to log soreness. Track symmetry and what keeps coming back week to week.
Rep, your coach
A daily read on your training that uses your real numbers — generated entirely on device.
Reads from Apple Health
AfterRep does not connect to any of these services directly. It reads the workouts they write to Apple Health, which is what makes one combined picture possible. These are the sources it recognises by name, merges duplicates from, and flags when they stop syncing.
Hydration from Water Reminder Plus — our own app — lands on your AfterRep dashboard alongside your training, so effort and recovery sit next to each other.
