AfterRep

Privacy Policy

Effective 20 August 2026

This policy explains what AfterRep does with your information. The short version is that it does not collect any.

AfterRep collects no personal data. It has no servers, no user accounts, and no analytics or tracking of any kind. Your health data is read from Apple Health, processed on your device, and stored only on your device. It is never transmitted to Elite Performance Exclusive LLC or to anyone else.

1. Who we are

AfterRep is published by Elite Performance Exclusive LLC ("we", "us"), the data controller for the purposes of this policy. You can reach us through the support page.

2. Health data we read

With your permission, AfterRep reads the following from Apple Health in order to build your dashboard. It reads this data only; it does not write anything back to Apple Health.

You grant this access through Apple's own permission screen, and you can withdraw any part of it at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › AfterRep. AfterRep cannot see whether you granted read access — that is Apple's privacy design — so if a category is off, that data simply will not appear.

3. Information you enter yourself

You may enter a first name, date of birth, biological sex, primary sport, units, a weekly goal, journal entries, day ratings and muscle-soreness logs. This is stored on your device alongside the health data and is used only to personalise what the app shows you.

4. Where your data lives

5. On-device intelligence

On supported devices, AfterRep uses Apple's on-device foundation models to write your daily coaching line. This runs locally on your iPhone; no prompt or result is sent to us or to any third party. On devices that do not support it, AfterRep uses built-in written copy instead. In either case, your free-text journal notes are never used — only aggregate numbers such as step count, sleep hours and streak length.

6. Subscriptions and payment

AfterRep Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment; we never receive or store your payment details. The app asks the App Store whether your Apple Account currently has an active subscription and receives only a yes or no plus a renewal date. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. What we do not do

8. Sharing and export

You can export your journal from within the app. This produces a file on your device that you choose what to do with, using the standard iOS share sheet. If you send it somewhere, that destination's privacy policy applies. Nothing is exported unless you ask for it.

9. Your rights and your control

Because your data stays on your device, you exercise your rights directly rather than by asking us:

We hold no copy of your data, so there is nothing for us to retrieve, correct or delete on your behalf. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

10. Children

AfterRep is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Because the app collects nothing, no such information can reach us.

11. Health disclaimer

AfterRep is a training and journalling tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Do not use it as a substitute for professional medical advice. See the Terms of Use.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above, and — for any change that affects how your data is handled — describe it in the app's release notes.
